This is a collection project. One does not add observations to it, any observations that fit its criteria will automatically be included.
Only traditional projects require adding observations, but this project is not a traditional project.

the observation is made by antoine239, but the project is looking for antoine229 (note the 29 instead of 39). talk to the project administrator to change the project criteria.
No, collection project is a set of filters, in your case a wrong name filter, it’s not related to date of observation unless project rules specifically choose a date range.
