Same issue for me - but my default is zoomed in ‘too much’. Zoom out a little - so you can see Save. Click. Then zoom back to comfortable.

I’m not seeing those two extra options when flagging an observation when logged in as a staff member, curator, or standard user. [image]

My zoom cuts off below - specify the reason - until I zoom out a little. And I have the 5 options. Website - Chrome - zoom issue.

Oops - flagging the photo. Sorry. Okay - that link at the bottom (which I hadn’t seen before) does give me your - 3 options and Save - display.
