Can't add an admin to project

I’m trying to add an admin to this class project. I have added them as a member of the project, but when trying to enter them in the admin field, no names drop down. I have also tried with other users, no names dropdown, and no way to add them? The only name that will drop down in the admin field is my own

Thanks for any assistance with this. I haven’t had any issues with this previously, and added them as admin to the previous class project.

emartinlab is not yet a member of the project and only existing members can be promoted to admin

Ohhhh jwidness, I had added them as a ‘user’ which is what have done for previous projects, and I thought that had also made them a member. Thank you!!
