I’m trying to add Перленг as a Lezghian name for tiger, but it says name already exists, but it’s abcent from the page, both Пеленг and Перленг are names in use, I don’t get it. When I try to add it for a different lanuage, it saves, but is not shown on the page either.

The page may just be slow to update. If I do an explore search on your new name, tiger pops up, so it seems to be in the system. I can also see the changes you made if I check the history for that taxon. The name seems to be saved, just not displaying.
It shows a maximum of 200 names on that page. The name exists for the taxon:
