Change default map display for user not logged in

Description of problem: I send iNat URLs out to a lot of people each month - hundreds at least. The default map display for those URLs for someone not logged in, is Map, not Satellite. Yes, I can change that locally on my setup, but that doesn’t help those who are not using iNat or may not even want to - they still look at a spartan street map display, when most of my URLs point far away from the nearest road. I think you won’t need more info to recreate this?

I’m closing this, as I don’t think it’s a bug - the behavior is intended. You could resubmit as a feature request, but please fill out the template and explain why the default view would be better as satellite than map.
