Comment Symbol Not Showing Up on Identify Tab

Description of problem:

If there were any comments on an observation, on the Identify Tab there would be a comment symbol/count next to the ID symbol/count. However, yesterday (or the day before) I noticed that the comment symbol isn’t there anymore when an observation has comments. I don’t have any screenshots of before.

I’ve been having the same issue for the last few days. Here is an example:
