Date missing, but appears when editing

Description of problem:
I was scrolling at the orca observation in Chile, when I revised one of mine to realize I was missing the date, but when editing the observation, the date already appeared, but when I saved the observation, date is missing again, is this a bug?

The date is formatted improperly, you’re using slashes for the date instead of hyphens and there is an AM for what is clearly a PM time. Try

2015-03-23 13:13 or 2015-03-23 13:13 PM
