Date of id/comment is shown in English

Just this morning it was shown ok, now it shows “min/h/mo” instead of translated versions when you open observation.

While on id tab it’s correct (the last uploaded obs as an example).

On explore page they’re shown correctly too.

I confirm there’s no internationalization. Checked several languages - Spanish, Czech, Bulgarian, Russian - it’s in English everywhere.

And it’s translated. Seems the internationalization is removed in the code.
