Deleted atlas: taxon page still says "Edit atlas" instead of "Create an atlas"

A curator deleted an atlas. Now when I tried to create a new atlas for that species, the taxon page curation dropdown says:

And then I get a 404:
https://www.inaturalist.org/atlases/19987

Looks like I can try to get around this by using this URL:
https://www.inaturalist.org/atlases/new?taxon_id=586649

But if an atlas is deleted, the dropdown on the taxon page should read “Create an atlas” rather than “Edit.”

Likely not an intended fix, but like some other odd things seen at times on a taxa page, opening it in edit mode and simply saving the taxa with no alterations fixed it.
