Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Step 1: If you do a query for all observations without lifestage for example:

Step 2: Open the last opservation and scroll to previous observations with cursor left. For me this is the most quick method to add annotations & fields to observations. This way I can use both hands (left hand = cursor for scrolling + right hand = mouse / other shortcuts). I use this mostly for insects.
Step 2: As soon as you run into an observation where the user did opt out for fields (count, incopula, etc) then for this observation fields are correctly disabled
Step 3: But if you go to the previous observation (with cursor left) the fields stay disabled. Expected is that fields are enabled again if the other observatioon did not opt out for fields.
