Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Created a new place and uploaded, Place-- “Waterhouse Ecology Center” NY

Step 2: Added the place as an “Inclusion Criteria” Took contributor (etulbert) off as criteria.

Step 3: Updated project…observations in KML area did not display.

You’ve chosen to only include “casual” grade observations in the project. Neither of two observations you provided as examples are casual grade - they’re Needs ID and Research Grade. If you edit the proejct’s Data Quality requirements to include those, that should fix things.
