I am working on a detail inventory for a site, and I wonder if there’s possibility to export all observation (including other users) into one file?

Yes, there are methods of exporting data using the API. To help further, we will need to know your specific use case, and what elements of the data you need.
does the basic export functionality not suffice for this? from the explore screen on the website, apply the filters you want, and then click on the download button in the filter menu. that will take you to the export screen, where you can choose which fields you want in thr export.
what is a GOS location? (GIS?) if that’s not already set up properly in the system as a place, you’ll need to set up. once you have a polygon-based place, then you’ll be able to search for observations in the place.
