Is there a query to list all my observations that have been favorited by someone else?
In filters choose “popular”.

Note that Popular shows observations that have been faved by anyone, even by the observer, so if you’ve faved any of your own observations, they’ll show up in that search as well.

In the top right of any page, hover over your profile and click Favorites: https://www.inaturalist.org/faves/sedgequeen
There is also a link from the dashboard/subnav:
