Find first-time observers for a project?

Is there a search URL-based way to get a list of iNat users who made their first observation to a given project (or place) within a given timeframe (e.g., year=2023 or d1=2023-11-01&d2=2023-11-30)?

This can be done by downloading the associated data and analyzing it externally, but it’d be awesome if we could just URL to it.

Use case: I’d like to be able to highlight users who have made their first contributions to the Smokies ATBI project that I manage in 2023.
