Firefly observations have gone to ALA but weren't Research Grade yet in iNat?

I had 3 observations in iNat go into ALA but the identification for these observations weren’t yet completed e.g. Research Grade in iNat.

How did that happen?

The ALA ingests both Research Grade and Needs ID observations from iNat. It’s only GBIF that only takes Research Grade
