Not sure if this is something you can edit, but seems wrong that the content author box on the flags filter is giving me surname / last name suggestions in Chrome:
and it blocks the usernames behind it:

I don’t know if something changed with Chrome or what, but I no longer see anything in a dropdown when I type “s” and click there (and also don’t see a “Manage…” for any fields on that page).
