Show or be able to filter date of flagging in flags page

The flags page currently shows:

  • The flagger;
  • The author of the flagged content;
  • The type of flag;
  • What content the flag refers to;
  • The reason for flagging;
  • Icons for comments, details; and
  • Information on whether the flag is resoved.

It would be useful to be able to show the date of flagging in this screen, so priority can be given at a glance to issues that have been outstanding for some time. Alternatively, a way could be added to filter records older than a chosen date, so that long-outstanding flags can be dealt with.
