Has KML upload for Project locations changed, or have I forgotten how?

Hello,
I’m trying to make a project for a specific stretch of land on iNat, but cannot seem to add a KML file for the location as I have in the past… Is this still possible?

How should I go about doing it?

I believe it would be:

  1. Add your new place, using a KML file.
  2. Create your project, using the place from step 1 as the Location.
