Homepage doesn't renew again

Both on Chrome and Yandex browsers in the website my homepage doesn’t renew and I don’t get any notifications.

There was a slowdown in notifications overnight into this morning. They are being processed normally again and I’d expect the backlog to be worked through over the next hour or so.
