I note that my “favorites” list accepts only taxa that are species. I also note that I have seen other people whose “favorites” list accepts broader taxa. I cannot figure out how to change mine.
To add taxa, search in that circled box, click Find, then choose the taxon you wanted. For example, this is what I get for a search of “Fish”:
I wonder if something has changed. Because I am pretty sure that it used to be that if I entered a taxon broader than species, it would be rejected, with the reason that “This list only accepts taxa that are species.” It still says that where yours says “My favorite taxa.”
