How do I mark someone else's observation as Captive/Cultivated in a browser?

I can see it in the Android app but not in Chrome. For the life of me I can’t figure it out, it’s got to be there somewhere, right?!?

The DQA should be at the bottom of the page when you scroll down underneath the picture and the IDs.
