How to delete an identification

I’m having trouble with the mouse - I click it once and it registers twice or three times. So when I click on agree, it sometimes puts in three agreements with the first two appearing as withdrawn. How do I delete these first two, please? I’ve been told before but can’t find the instructions.

Click on the down-pointing arrow in the upper right corner of your ID box; it will show two choices - Edit and Withdraw. If you click on Edit, Delete is one of the options. Clicking Withdraw still allows your ID suggestion to be visible but it will have a line through it, crossing it out.
