How to enable notifications on android mobile?

I don’t receive notifications when there is something new in my observations.
I have to review them manually, join into the app expressly to see if there is anything new.

I have spoken with several colleagues and they tell me that the same thing happens to them.

I can’t find the option to enable them in settings.

How can it be activated?

I take this opportunity to comment that lately I receive very little support in identifications :smiling_face_with_tear: there is little activity

There’s no such option sadly.
It’s middle of the summer, much more observations than iders.
