Import Not Working?

I can’t seem to upload a batch of observations by importing a .csv file. I upload the file and after I press import iNat says “Observation file has been queued for import” but I haven’t seen any data that I uploaded days ago. I did check to make sure .csv was in compatible format - I’ve successfully imported hundreds of files in the past.

Step 1: prepare a properly formatted .csv file with observation data

Step 2: click on submit and then chose ‘More Import Options’ and pick CSV

Step 3: upload the CSV file and then click on “Upload”

Solved this in a discussion with @burke_korol a The importer only imports unique names, so for something Salix, where there is more than one genus with that name, the importer won’t upload the CSV and should send the user an email. I suspect it was routed to their spam folder by mistake.
