INaturalist discussed in article about Lake Merritt documentary

INaturalist, including Damon Tighe, Ken-ichi Ueda, and others, was mentioned in articles I read recently:

Urban wildlife with a connection to the ocean. I still need to watch the last 15 minutes or so of the movie. Thanks for the links.

This is kind of dear to my heart because I visited Lake Merritt very often as a child. And then, for a couple of decades, I worked right across the street and walked around the Lake Merritt environs 2 to 3 times a week. Most all the scenes shown in the documentary ( except for the underwater ones) are so familiar. It’s quite a jewel.

The video has some gorgeous photography, and it was really nice to see Ken-ichi and Damon interviewed.
