Inconsistency in displayed value type for when an id was made on an observation in Identify view

Not sure if this is a bug, when identifying, some observations show a month year when the id was left, while most others show years since that id was made,

It’s intentional. For obscured observations, you’ll only see month and year of when the ID or comment was made, to make it more difficult to determine exacatly when the observation was made or posted.

For open observations, relative date/time is shown, and if you mouseover it you’ll see exactly when the ID/comment was added.
