Need info! iOS app crashes when you tap on photo library icon in iOS 13

I uploaded 2.8.2 on my iPhone 11 with iOS 13.1.3. It is not crashing but it does not allow multiple photos to be checked once I am in my photo gallery. There are no little circles that display a checkmark in the photo frame so you only get to pick one. After the first pick, it takes you back to Details and you can select a blank photo box, back to gallery, select the next photo and so on. It is kind of tedious.
Also, when I open the app, it defaults to the Explore (maps) function instead of Me (my observations most current first). Any way I can change that back?

I can’t upload multiple either and the location data is gone

This topic is for the crash that happens when you try to import the photo. If there are other issues, please start a new topic or add to an already existing topic (eg https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/multiple-images-selection-in-gallery-disabled-in-latest-update-and-photo-metadata-not-being-read/7519/7). We’re aware of these issues and are working on fixes.
