I am not getting any notification when flags I post get resolved.
This is a nuisance as I often have observations queued that need attention.
I regularly check

But it would be nice to be notified when a flag is resolved.
I haven’t been getting notifications, either.
I believe this is still happening. I did not get notification of a flag I opened yesterday that has been resolved, and it happened a few months ago as well. It might happen when there are no comments left in the flag (??? I’m not sure)
what’s the URL of the flag? you can email help@inaturalist.org with the link if you don’t want to share it publicly.

Just another thing that I thought of that might be relevant: I use inaturalist.ala.org.au
It’s just happened again. It seems that I’m getting notifications for other people’s flags that I’m subscribed to (either because I commented or manually subscribed) but not for flags that I’ve created myself. Email with URL sent
Edit for clarification: I’m not getting notifications in the red bubble at the top of the page, and also not getting anything under “All updates” on my home page. But for other people’s flags that are resolved I get both
I feel like this has happened to me as well; I’ve got a flag I just put in today, I’ll come back and update if I got a notification once its resolved
I definitely got notifications for the comment but I didn’t receive a separate notification that the flag was resolved
Looks like the flagger is not being auto-subsribed to their flag. We’ll get a fix out for this and run a script to subscribe flaggers for flags that aren’t spam or copyright infringement. Sorry about that.
Made a Github issue for this: https://github.com/inaturalist/inaturalist/issues/3954 All past flags should eventually be added to their creators’ subscriptions, not just the ones I mentioned earlier, when this takes effect. However, doing so will take some time.
OK, this should be fixed. If you make a flag you should now get notifications for it. We’re also running a script that will subscribe you to past flags you’ve made, if you’re not already subscribed. Might take a bit to go through those, though.

Are you notified when a flag you created is resolved, because @ larvalfishguy saids he did not receive any when Elasmopus balkomanus was created as he had requested.
