I am experiencing an issue with push notifications in the iNaturalist app.
Since I downloaded the app at the end of November last year, I have not received any push notifications. The problem is that the app does not allow me to enable push notifications at all. The option to activate them appears disabled, and I cannot turn it on.
Because of this, I only receive notifications via email (Gmail). Push notifications are not working and cannot be activated.
I have already checked my phone’s system settings, but the notification options for the app remain unavailable.
Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it?
