Observation not moving to Family or Genus level

This observation started out as Birds (Aves) and was identified to species, Swinhoe’s White-Eye (Zosterops simplex). A second identification bumped back up to the family level, White-eyes, Yuhinas, and Allies Family (Zosteropidae).

The observation ID should read White-eyes, Yuhinas, and Allies Family (Zosteropidae), but it’s stuck at the most basal ID, Birds (Aves).

Any ideas?

I noticed that on the Swinhoe’s White-Eye page the taxonomy portion seems incomplete. Is that the issue?

That’s exactly the issue: it wasn’t grafted correctly and no bird curator has fixed it yet.
