If I go to my observations and filter to genus Thaspium, the observation is visible, but if I refresh that or paste the url elsewhere, it does not appear even though the url is the same. I don’t know if this is just another weird quirk or a bug or maybe my brain has finally broken but hoping for one of the first two.

Your observation is casual, so won’t show on the map if you have filters set to only show verifiable observations.

I would “think” that the filter would show in the url as do others but I’m stumped.
Dunno, but I’m not purposely filtering in any way and it doesn’t make sense, at least in my head, that the same url would give different results, especially just from refreshing.
Thanks. To me this seems at least somewhat different because I’m starting at map view not species view although I wonder if maybe something to do with it only being IDed to genus?
this doesn’t matter. the issue is that the URL doesn’t appropriately reflect the status of the verifiable checkbox in some cases.
