Observations not showing in Collection Project

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Go to new Lebensspuren project: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/lebensspuren. Note there are no observations included

Step 2: Go to reelvant observation: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/203410353 which meets all criteria to be included in Lebensspuren project

The observation does not have the annotation “Track” as required by the project - it has a value entered for an observation field.

How can we add an annotation when the observation is classified as ‘Needs ID’?

The data quality grade of an observation has no bearing on annotations; annotations can be added to any observation, whether it is casual, needs ID or research grade
