Organism marked as "captive/cultivated" but not reverting to casual grade?

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): Marked organism as “captive/cultivated”. Normally, it automatically reverts from “Needs ID” to “Casual”, but this observation is stuck at “Needs ID”.

It looks casual now? Sometimes the iNaturalist servers are slow to update some of the various tags, though usually the needs ID/casual tags are pretty fast.

I guess it needed reindexing. I clicked thumb down and it became “Casual”. Then I removed my vote, but it still remained at that grade.
