Description of problem:
Taxa draft change doesn’t appear on the top of the concerned taxa (Seseli libanotis).
This change was drafted before new plant-voting-system have been set up.
Thanks, it does appear to be related to the recent addition of voting. We’re taking a look.
I have try other taxas and have the same issue, it’s not related to this particular one.
Any update on this? I find that it is another hinderance to getting to five votes, because it makes it more difficult to see that a taxon change is being considered/discussed.

It affected by this pending swap: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_changes/165909
But I do not see the ribbon on that taxon indicating the swap.
I expect a banner like this but it appears these banners currently only appear when the taxon change is a draft but disappear when it is pending.
I assume it is because the proposal only has 1 vote and isn’t pending. When it reaches 5 votes then I guess it will become pending until committed.
It is pending tho, under the new definitions a “pending” swap is one that’s currently being voted on (at least that’s what the filters on the taxon changes page says).
