Those two plants doesn’t seem to have the right status on the site concerning Quebec.
Trillium Grandiflorum is considered vulnerable in quebec. http://www.environnement.gouv.qc.ca/biodiversite/especes/trille/index.htm
While Arisaema triphyllum doesn’t have any particular status of concern.
How do I or do we change their status?

I added the conservation status for Trillium grandiflorum from the Quebec website and removed the NatureServe conservation status for the now-unaccepted subspecies of Arisaema triphyllum.
