Besides prevenance, I would like to know how these two flightless moths are differentiated. there seem to be very few images available of Pringleophaga marioni and some that I have seen (elsewhere) labelled as Pringleophaga marioni are identified in inaturalist as Pringleophaga kerguelensis (probably due to provenance??).
I think you’d have better luck asking this question in the comment section of relevant observations.

They are wingless moths being predated by introduced house mice in the subantarctic islands.
