Project using "Observation Fields" search?

I made a project for “Ant Architecture” it’s basically a search of the field “Evidence of Presence” for constructions. Thousands have been tagged for ants (just a few dozen by me) but the project is useful when you want to just look at the nests of ants in a given area. (for example)

Here it is: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/ant-architecture-the-nests-and-constructions-of-ants

I wanted to make a similar project for ant caste types (queen, worker, nurse, major, male etc.) since the “life stages” don’t really work well for ants. But that data is generally saved in the “Observation Fields” under rather obscure tagging systems (there are several) and I can’t figure out how to create a project based on a search of these fields. I think it might be possible to make new fields with a project… but that would make the system even more confusing.

It is possible? Can someone explain how? Thanks.

I know one of the observation fields: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/247744480
I don’t know how to tell if an ant is a nurse though. Males (of anything) have an annotation. Sorry no ant construction in this one; this was a human construction in progress.
