Hello. A really simple question. On the website, which category(ies) are invertebrates other than insects and arachnids grouped together (I’m thinking in particular of millipedes, crustaceans, worms, etc.)?

Yes, those broad categories (also known as “iconic taxa” if you want to search for more info) are limited to a few common groups. I see. Seem to be the most commonly observed groups. With the others you have to use the normal search box to find the taxon you are interested in.
