"Request Failed" Error When Submitting an ID on the Identify Tab

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Open the Identify Tab.

Step 2: Select “Unknown”.

Step 3: Pick something to Identify.

Step 4: Either type a taxon manually, or select a taxon using the “Suggestions” Tab with “Visually Similar” on.

Step 5. If using the former, submit the ID using the “Add ID” button; if the latter, just use the “Select This Taxon” button.

Step 6: Request Failed Error Message pops up.

I have tried to submit an ID several times, but this error keeps on popping up. While this error has happened to me before several times on the iNaturalist Website, it always submits the ID the second time. Unfortunately, it continues.

This is the error message you get if the observation has been deleted since you loaded the page. I think it happens frequently enough that it might be worth having a more specific message.
