Resizing a rectangle boundary box on the map results in observations outside that rectangle

Description of problem:

Step 1: Do a search in the Explore window.

Step 2: Draw a rectangle.

Step 3: Expand the rectangle.

The three original observations are correct.

The twenty that are added are nearby, but not within that rectangle.

The number of species is also including those observations outside the box.

there’s no bug here. those observations that are not yours are all observations that share the same coordinates, which do fall in the box. the problem is that they have a giant accuracy circle, which makes them unmappable. so you don’t see them on the usual map view.
