Site in English, but 'login confirmation' in a different language

This is not a bug report, mereley out of curiosity I would like to understand what is happening here:
When accessing the site via https://www.inaturalist.org/login, a notification shows up telling you’re already signed in.

That’s fine. But regularly, this notification shows up in a different language, while the rest of the site remains unchanged. Any idea why this is happening? Here are the examples:

I can’t answer why, but I can confirm this is not just you. I have also noticed this several times.

I’ve considered it a subtle reminder of the international community of iNaturalist, not a bug. :)
