Yes, we released a fix a few hours ago. However, this will only affect newly-made observations, or newly updated ones. i loaded some new observations from yesterday Mar 25, and what i noticed was that all the observations made between 12PM and 1PM CDT show timestamp. the observations in you screenshot that have times also occur between 12PM and 1PM.

It would be good to know your exact workflow for adding observations, step-by step, with screenshots if possible. Do you edit the date(s) for these observations in the uploader?
