See this page: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/82844752. It shows there is a recording, but it seems empty. iNaturalist should not allow empty recordings if that is the problem.
I’ve had a similar problem. One of mine that is marked at Eastern/Western meadowlark will not play when I use FireFox but on Chrome is plays fine. I’ve had this on a few other recordings but mostly are fine.
In this case it’s not the browser issue. The file is corrupted. It doesn’t even contain any audio data.
