Stuck at "Loading metadata"

Step 1: Files are selected to upload

Step 2: Gets stuck at “loading metadata”, if trying to upload anyway, gets stuck at “Uploading 1 of ___”

you probably will need to provide more information if you want anyone to properly address this. a screenshot of the issue would be helpful. a more detailed description might also help. (how many observations are you trying to load at one time? if more than one, are none of them loading? or are they loading slowly? or are you getting “stuck” at a particular observation/photo?)

Thanks @pisum. @andrewmorgill that information would be really helpful, and if you can send a few of the photos you are trying to upload to help@inaturalist.org, we could see if there’s anything about them that might be causing an issue.
