Not fully sure, I didn’t set up this project, I’m just a participant. If I were to put money on it, I’d say they’re trying to make sure they’re getting high quality observations, plus the required fields are related to whether or not a specimen was collected

Yes, looking closer I think they don’t just want the observations automatically added. They want the specific data associated with the specimens to be entered for all vouchered specimens.
