Description of need:
Inbox message threads are only in the order of oldest to newest, making it cumbersome to scroll to the bottom on long conversations to read the newest message.
Feature request details:
Add a toggle to allow us to change the order of a message thread from “oldest → newest” to “newest -->oldest”.
This appears to be specific to the website, as on the app I am taken automatically to the newest message in a conversation and can scroll up if I need to see older messages. I would actually prefer this method to a toggle, if possible, on the website.
There’s another downside to having the comments from oldest to newest. It skews personal stats. In my case, within a few days of joining, I had “read” over 1,000 posts. It would be more accurate to say I scrolled through more than 1,000 posts - either to get to the newest posts, or to be able to reply to the thread.

No. I wasn’t smart enough to figure out what everybody was talking about. You all were headed straight ahead on the message road. I made a left turn a few miles back, got lost, and started to blabber incoherently about toggling forum topics based on the post date. Now, if you don’t mind, I’m going to sit in the corner and think about what I’ve done!
