Unobserved_by_user_id not working on genus level RG records

Platform: Website

Description of problem:

Step 1: Run a search asking for a report on species you have not seen. For example this one which details sac fungi I have not seen from Algonquin Park : https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=90295&subview=table&taxon_id=48250&unobserved_by_user_id=cmcheatle&view=species

Step 2: Check for any reports of genus level. Such as Chlorocibora which is the 3rd one responded, or Scutellinia which is in row 4

Step 3: Check to see if you have seen these, for example, I have documented genus Chlorocibora (and it is RG at the genus level which matches the returned one above) https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&subview=table&taxon_id=54595&user_id=cmcheatle&verifiable=any

Likewise I have RG level Scutellinia records https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&subview=table&taxon_id=49138&user_id=cmcheatle&verifiable=any

So they should not be reported as unobserved by me,

For the unobserved_by_user_id param, things identified only to genus are ignored, iNat is only looking at species and below. Because you don’t have observation identified to species, it showed in the results. Probably best to use it with hrank=species.
