Step 1: I click the upload button on the website using an Iphone

Step 2: After clicking the page is blank and remains blank no matter what I do.

Step 3: I have tried refreshing, restarting signing out, and everything.

Works fine on my iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 17.0.3

Which device are you using and which version of iOS is it running?

Are you able to upload via the iNat mobile app? The website isn’t designed for mobile browser use so it’s a bit janky to use for upload on a mobile device. It should still work, but mobile app would be the best way to add observations.

Ah OK. Our app only works on iOS 12 and up (and it it currently crashes on iOS 12) so I understand why you’re using the browser. It may be that the version of Safari you’re using is too old, unfortunately.
