Description of problem :
Step 1: I created a class project (collection). Six of my students are unable to join the project and keep getting the whale fail screen. I was able to add them as users but they can join. Even though the box for only members is unchecked, I can’t see their observations listed in the project. They tried various devices and Internet connections from school and home. Nothing is working.
