I have created a Project, and have added 3 members plus myself. All three have joined the project but their observations are not being accepted to the project. Any thoughts?

Everything is correct there, all observations these users have in that place, are in the project, you need to check that observations you expect to be added, are actually in this place, likely they have too big accuracy radius or fully not in that place.

Thank you Marina, this is very helpful. one member is using an iPhone, then emailing pictures to access them on a laptop. Can you see anything about this process that might cause the loss of the location information?
Probably, but if they have no location saved, they should add it manually.
